Comfort mats for
For more than 50 years we have been developing and manufacturing innovative high quality rubber mats for animal husbandry
in Tittmoning/Germany and exclusively concentrate on that today.
With 200 employees, we are one of the leading suppliers of barn flooring made of rubber.
In our daily work and in exchange with farmers, partners and institutes we encounter a wide variety of topics and gain interesting, valuable experience from science and practice. We could imagine, that some of this expert knowledge is interesting for you here and there, too.
Therefore, we compile our experiences as tips and provide you with articles on various topics as "KRAIBURG focus".
With the guiding idea „focus on one interesting topic – compact on one page“, you can look forward to a new issue of KRAIBURG focus once a month in future.
”With profiKURA we no longer have problems with silent heat or claw injuries. Claw growth and abrasion are nicely balanced. The cows are much more active, feed more and we have a significantly higher milk yield! The investment has really paid off."
“The animals are healthier, more vital and active, even the daily weight gain has improved. Getting up is easier and die the mats are gentle on the carpal joints. With soft floors animal culling due to injuries from falling practically does not happen anymore.”
“With POLSTA the front area offers very good cow comfort. Obviously, our cows have a better lying behaviour. We are excited about the mats and the easy management!”
“The places with POLSTA are always occupied first. Regarding the management, we save about a quarter of the litter. We have 5 digging cows in the cubicle house, that often dig out almost all the litter of the cubicles. With POLSTA this is no longer the case!”
“The animals are healthier and grow better, they have a higher slaughtering weight at the end of the fattening period and I can use my bongossi grates for a longer time. The cleaning time is significantly shorter now and the consumption of water has also decreased considerably.”
